Froth N Fizz Cancellation Policy At Froth N Fizz, we strive to provide exceptional service and experiences for our customers. Cancellation Timeframes and Fees More than 48 hours before the scheduled service/event: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund, minus a $60 administrative fee and cover processing costs. 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service/event: Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service/event: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund will be issued). No-Show: Failure to attend the booked service or event without prior notification will result in a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). 2. Business-Initiated Cancellations: If Froth N Fizz cancels a service or event, customers will receive a full refund with no fees, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 5.
