1. Please verify your booking details upon receipt. Minimum Notice: Bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance for standard services and 1 month in advance for private events or large groups (25+ people). Group Size: For groups larger than 50, please contact us directly to ensure proper arrangements. 2. Payment Terms Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking for private events or services exceeding $300. Standard reservations may require full payment upfront, depending on the service. Final Payment: The remaining balance (if any) must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled service or event. Booking 48 hours before event will require full payment at the time of booking. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) (online or in person). Pricing: All prices are listed on our website or provided during the booking process. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honor the quoted rate. 3. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Key points include: Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance incur a $60 administrative fee. Cancellations 24–48 hours in advance incur a 50% fee of the total booking cost. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows incur a 100% fee (no refund). Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days. Modifications to bookings (e.g., date, time, or party size) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. No fees apply for modifications, but price adjustments may occur. 4. Arrival and Punctuality Arrival Time: Please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth start. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service without a refund, as we must adhere to our schedule. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in no refund.
